  • I bought a video pass but cannot access the video. What should I do?
    To watch the video, you MUST be logged into your account. Follow these simple steps: If you ARE logged in: 1) Go to https://www.australianequinenetwork.com.au/ 2) If the event you are watching is LIVE, then click on 'Live Streams' (left side menu option) - Access Here 3) If the event you are watching is RECORDED, then click on 'On-Demand' (left side menu option) - Access Here 4) Click on 'View More' under ${paidplan.title} 5) Click on Watch Video (button) under the title (you must be logged in) 6) A video player should load on your screen. If you are NOT logged in: 1) Go to https://www.australianequinenetwork.com.au/ 2) Go to Member's Area (left side menu option) 3) If you have created an account using our new platform, then click on 'Log in' (Already a Member?) option 4) Log in 5) If the event you are watching is LIVE, then click on 'Live Streams' (left side menu option) - Access Here 6) If the event you are watching is RECORDED, then click on 'On-Demand' (left side menu option) - Access Here 6) Click on 'View More' under ${paidplan.title} 6) Click on Watch Video (button) under the title 4) A video player should load on your screen.
  • How do I purchase a video?
    1. If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in to your account. 2. Click 'Member's Area' (located on the left-hand-side menu, or on the hamburger menu on the mobile). 3. Click the Log In link in front of > Already a Member? Log In. 4. Click Live Streams / On Demand. 5. Find the video you want to purchase by going through the classes/events/races. Alternatively, you can use the search bar (top bar) to find your video. 6. Click 'View More'. 7. Click 'Buy Video'. 8. Click 'Select'. 9. If you already have an account, click on Log In. If not, create a new account by clicking on Sign Up and follow the prompts. 10. Follow the steps on the page to purchase the video.
  • How do I create an account?
    1. Click 'Member's Area' (located on the left-hand-side menu, or on the hamburger menu on the mobile). 2. Add your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password. 3. Click 'Sign Up'. 4. Select 'I am not a robot'. Once the account is created, you should be able to save free videos and purchase live stream videos.
  • How do I access my videos?
    1. If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in to your account. 2. Click on 'Member's Area' (located on the left-hand-side menu, or on the hamburger menu on the mobile). 3. Click on the Log In link in front of > Already a Member? Log In. 4. Once you log in, pre-purchased and saved videos should load automatically under My Videos. If not, go to the 'Member's Area' > My Videos. 5. Select the video you have already paid to watch. Click ‘View More’.
  • How do I access the menu on a mobile device?
    You can access the menu on mobile by clicking on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu on the top right corner of the screen. Note: You will only see the hamburger menu if you are on a mobile device.
  • How do I Mirror to my TV?
    Desktop and Android devices: 1. Select the video you want to cast. 2. From your device, click on the Cast icon. 3. Select the device you want to cast the video to. AirPlay video from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch 1. Select the video you want to cast. 2. Tap the Airplay icon. 3. Choose your Apple TV or Apple device. Note: If you don’t see your Apple TV, make sure that your iOS device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV. To stop streaming, tap on the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from the list. Connecting via an HDMI cable Simply connect your laptop, iPad or tablet to your TV via HDMI or similar cable and select the appropriate source on your TV settings.
  • What sort of internet connection do I need?
    To watch video online a fast internet connection is needed. To check your connection, go to Speedtest.net and check your connection. It is recommended that you have a download speed of at least 1Mbps.
  • The player keeps buffering, what do I do?
    If the player keeps pausing or buffering then it generally means that you do not have enough internet speed to view the stream. Try viewing a lower quality version of the stream and see if that helps. To do that, click on the Cog button at the bottom right of the player. Choose a lower number.
  • What web browsers are supported?
    These include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Supported browsers for desktop devices: Google Chrome (version 92 and above) Safari for Mac (version 14 and above) Microsoft Edge (version 100 and above) Firefox (version 91 and above) Supported browsers for mobile devices: Google Chrome for Android Google Chrome for iPhone Safari (version 14 and above) Facebook in-app browser (for example, when you click a link inside of the Facebook app).   • How do I exit full screen?
    The easiest way to exit full-screen mode is to click the 'esc' (escape) button on the keyboard. Alternatively, you can also click on the icon on the bottom right corner of the player to reduce the player screen size. If you have problems viewing videos, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  • How do I update my contact details and credit card?
    1. If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in to your account. 2. Click on 'Member's Area' (located on the left-hand-side menu, or on the hamburger menu on the mobile). 3. Click on the Log In link in front of > Already a Member? Log In. 4. Once you log in, click on ‘Account Settings’. 5. To update your contact details, click on ‘My Account’. 6. To update your credit card, click on ‘My Wallet’. 7. To access your purchases, click on ‘My Subscriptions’.
